CHILDREN (AGES 10-12)
Through dedicated practice, students experience improvement in their concentration, balance, and coordination. As they train together, they not only develop their individual skills but also foster a strong sense of unity and cooperation. Aikido serves as a platform for learning self-defence along with building self-confidence and enhancing interpersonal skills.
YOUTH & ADULTS (AGES 13+)
Students discover the life-changing impact of Aikido as it allows them to develop self-defence skills, improve physical fitness, and enhance balance and focus.
Aikido's unique approach enables participants to leverage their opponent's strength and energy to their advantage, making Aikido accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities. Whether one is a beginner or experienced, individuals are provided with guidance and support throughout the Aikido journey.
